ALL ABOUT STONE knows that an informed customer is a happy customer. That is why we are trying to answer any questions you may have about our services and decorative landscaping rocks. Take a look at some of the most frequently asked questions we see and our responses to them. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to give us a call. We’re always glad to help.
What are your store hours?
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. During inclement weather, please call ahead to confirm we are safely open.
Are you open to the public?
Yes! We welcome both homeowners and contractors. Most of our stock is displayed in our yard, and we encourage you to visit in person to see materials before ordering.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer delivery six days a week with a fleet of trucks. We can deliver up to 12 yards of material or use our flatbed with a 3-wheeled Moffett forklift. Please contact us for delivery pricing.
Can you deliver multiple products in one trip?
Yes, in most cases. Our split truck can carry 2 yards of one material and 4 yards of another, with the exception of wall rock and Louie rock.
Do you install landscape materials?
Unfortunately, we do not install landscape materials. However, we can give you a few great recommendations on crews we have worked with both personally and professionally.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Do you stock bulk material?
Yes. Our yard contains over 12 bins of bulk material, ready for pickup or delivery.
Do you sell rock by the bag?
Yes, a lot of our bulk material is sold in approximately 50 lb. bags. We also have a decorative rock sold by the bag, ranging in sizes.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
For bulk materials, the minimum order is ½ yard. Flatbed deliveries have no minimum requirement.
Do you offer contractors a discount?
Yes, please contact us for details. Some exclusions apply based on the product.
Do you have a sale section?
Yes, we maintain an area with discounted, broken, or miscellaneous pieces. Occasionally, we offer discounted pallets as well. Call or stop by to see what’s available.
How many pounds are in a ton?
There are 2,000 lbs. in one ton.
How do I measure square foot?
Multiply length x width. Example: 10 ft. x 17 ft. = 170 sq. ft.
How much material do I need?
Material needs vary by depth and coverage. Our team can help you calculate the right amount based on your project.
Do you stock Oregon Block or Allan Block?
Yes, we stock their product in our yard.
Do you sell Belgard?
Yes, we are a certified Belgard dealer.
